This is a private practice, open to people I know, and individuals referred by someone I know. Initial scheduling is done through me, with self-booking thereafter.
My practice and education revolve around chronic pain, injury, post-surgery, and emotional trauma. Appointments dedicated to calming the mind and body are also available.
I have trained with a sports medicine physician, a kinesiologist, an acupuncturist, leaders in the massage therapy and yoga realms, and a chaplain educator.

This shorter session is designed to fit into a busy schedule, focusing on specific areas, and still offering relaxation and relief.
All work can be done either clothed, partial or fully unclothed and draped.
My table is adjustable with many props to enhance comfort.
All sessions come with a complimentary 15 minute infrared sauna session. Towels provided. You can also wear a bathing suit, or lightweight clothing

I am an E-RYT200, RYT500 and YACEP yoga instructor teaching a variety of styles.
Biomechanics, anatomy-informed alignment, and the joy of movement are the foundation of my classes, aiming to help every level of student use their body better.
Somatic movement, dance and choreography are also part of my training and instructing experience.
